This is a quick and easy breakfast dish...perfect for Sunday mornings in our house :)
1 lb. mild pork sausage.
1 (8 oz) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
2 cups shredded mozarella or Monterey Jack cheese
4 large eggs, beaten
3/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Brown sausage in a skillet, stirring until it crumbles; drain. Place crescent roll dough in botton of greased 9 x 13 baking dish.; press the perforations and pinch seams to seal. Sprinkle reserved sausage and cheese over dough. Combine eggs and remaining ingredients; pour over mixture in dish. Bake, uncovered, at 425 degrees for 15 minutes or until set. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
(I like to use a little less cheese)
