Raspberry Pretzel Dessert

This is such a yummy recipe and very easy and can feed a crowd.

2 Cups Crushed Pretzels
3/4 Cup Margarine, Melted
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1 Cup Sugar

1 Cup Cold Water
2 - 10 oz Frozen Rasperries, Thawed

Diections:
Mix crushed pretzels, melted margarine and 1 tablespoon of sugar together and smooth into a 9x12 baking pan and bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes. Let cool for 1 hour. Beat together 1 cup of sugar, cool whip, and cream cheese until smooth. Spread over the cooled pretzel crust. Mix boiling water and raspberry jello together and stir for 2 minutes. Then add cold water and thawed raspberries. Spread over cream cheese mixture and chill for atleast 2 hours before serving.

Yield: 16 Servings

I have used strawberries in place of the raspberries and it is still great!

This recipe is out of the "Neonatal Nibbles" cook book and it was dedicated to the all NICU babies at the McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden, UT.
